  • Vice President: 7+ years of experience in financial markets and engineering, with a track record of leading teams and delivering strategic analytics initiatives
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional, technical projects
  • Deep proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade applications (including familiarity with analytical libraries and complex codebases)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agentic design patterns is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams and geographies
  • The team is open to Associate level as well and would look for 3+ years at that seniority level

Key Responsibilities at the Associate Level:

  • Execute well-defined and innovative solutions supporting investment processes, including portfolio construction and equity research
  • Independently prototype, test, iterate, and deploy analytical, technical, and AI-enabled solutions using firm infrastructure and modern tools
