POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The AP Analyst position is responsible for functioning in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position reports directly to the Shared Business Services Supervisor and will perform the following responsibilities: ( Pay range Hourly- 23-26 an hour)

 

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:

 

  • Exception handling of AP invoices

 

  • Analyze data-driven reporting to identify root cause of exceptions and recommend process improvements and enhancements

 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Basware AP automation tool

 

  • Month-end AP accruals

 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and Word;

 

  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the information that is processed;

 

  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced demanding environment
