The Apigee Hybrid Developer will optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, create documentation, and support deployments.

ITTConnect is seeking an Apigee Hybrid Developer to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, cable TV).
Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
- Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks; conduct profiling and tuning activities to improve application performance.
- Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, debug code, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of applications.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and deployment instructions.
- Go Live and Hypercare Support: Able to support after hours or weekends for production deployment validation and hypercare, during a release.
Requirements
APIGEE Hybrid:
- Extensive knowledge of Apigee platform, Best Practices and Performance
- Design, Develop, configure, deployment and maintain proxies based on consumer needs.
- Scripting – Unix Scripting/Python Scripting
- CI/CD – Ex : Jenkins, Git hub
- Monitoring Tools – Ex: Splunk and New Relic
- Environment – Linux
Nice to have:
- GCP Cloud Experience
- CA Layer 7 Experience is a plus
- Kubernetes Platform
- Anthos Platform
- Telco experience
