We're currently looking to hire a full-time Application Engineer with web server and middleware application software experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Resolve escalations received through ticketing system, emails, and/or phone calls in a timely manner. 
• Perform deployments across various OS, LAMP stack, and J2EE platforms.
• Develop automation to diagnose varios aspects of middleware. 
• Provide back-up support to team members as needed.

What You Need for this Position:

• A Passion for problem solving, Self-motivated and self-directed
• 1+ years of experience with Web and Application Servers including Weblogic, TomCat, Apache, Sun One/iPlanet
• 1+ years experience in analyzing and tuning applications in the areas such as memory management, process or thread management, resource management(JDBC Connection Pools, Execution Queues, JMS etc)
• 1+ years experience working with a NOC environment. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
