Job Description:
- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture for ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement architecture for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., CMDB, Active Directory).
- Establish and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and platform issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, incorporating new ServiceNow features and innovations into the architecture.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture in ITOM, ITSM, and ITBM.
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, performance optimization, and security.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and customization.
- Experience leading and defining ServiceNow architecture in complex, large-scale environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
