Major International Bank is seeking an Archivist.
Job Description- Establishing, managing, classifying, indexing and retrieving historical records and files related to the lines of business in the firm.
- Responsible for developing tools and software to this end and also for managing outsourced archives.
- Record management, relationship management, supervision and training.
- 1-3 years of experience as an archivist/record management specialist, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science/Archives and Records Management/Public Administration/other relevant field.
- Mandarin Chinese is required due to the nature of the position
- Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
