What You'll Do:

WHY Brands is hiring an Art Director to bring creative innovation and excellence to the brand’s digital presence across various channels. We are looking for someone who can partner with the creative team and understand the brand to deliver strong conceptual ideas and carry through to seamless digital design execution. From quick comps to dazzling After Effects creations, we want someone who can take an idea from the conceptual phase and bring it all the way to market.

WHY Brand’s Brand Design Department has won over 60 of the most acclaimed global awards in design and branding across all platforms, packaging to TV and everything in between, in 6 short years. 

How you will contribute:

  • In collaboration with the CBO, you will help develop and execute on a cohesive digital design strategy in alignment with the brand's identity
  • Concept, design, and produce engaging strategic content and creative digital assets across a range of brand projects and digital touchpoints, including, video, social campaigns, marketing and promotional, email, branding design, media and PR programs, and whatever comes next.
  • Execute digital design needs for web and social media
  • Collaborate with the Creative teams and cross-functional teams; present and create innovative design concepts. 
  • Work closely and build relationships with Brand, Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce, and Social Media teams to drive the creative strategy across the Company.  
  • Ensure that brand and visual identity is consistently applied to all collateral and marketing materials across the company.  Drive creative consistency into global markets in digital platforms.  Ensure consistent application and governance of the brand style guides, internally and externally.
  • Ensure execution of a thoughtful creative strategy and positive user interface across multiple digital platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bring it!                                    

  • Minimum 7 years industry experience or related creative process experience combining creative strategy, content, and messaging with creative deliverables as an Art Director.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer products and/or ecommerce
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI design, user flows, and usability testing
  • Optimal candidate can work fluently in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Keyshot and Photoshop. A strong working knowledge of premier is a plus.
  • Understanding of all dimensions of communication: business strategy and experience design, with the ability to translate this into effective innovative, but integrated marketing programs.
  • Expert knowledge in Mac-based tools, design tools, and platforms (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Keynote, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge in the graphic printing and production processes, including translations needed for international commerce.

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
