Art Director

Pearmill Inc. seeks Art Director in Brooklyn, NY

Job Duties: Lead a team of designers, motivating, guiding, and influencing their work
product, personal growth and career development. Guide the design team through the
entire creative process, ensuring high standards of design and finish across all output 
Collaborate with designers from Pearmill and clients’ teams to gain a deep, team-wide
understanding of the client’s brand and their target audience  Work closely with the
Creative Director and cross-functional teams to generate strategic and innovative ideas in
design systems  Ensure delivery of top-performing creatives while staying on brand 
Leverage creativity to develop new design concepts that work in various digital formats 
Pitch and present design ideas and work product to clients, providing actionable insights,
taking feedback, and implementing changes  Drive innovation in our creative team’s
approach to Motion and Graphic Design and push the team to see more effective solutions
 Routinely sync and collaborate with Pearmill’s Ad Ops team to analyze the best
performing elements in ads, ensuring continuous learning for our team and results for our
clients. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in
a related field.

(15) On-Set Art Direction; (16) Trend Forecasting; and (17) Mentor and Develop Creative
Talent. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $89,898.00-100,000.00 per annum; 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
