We are seeking a high-impact AI Delivery Manager with 10–15 years of experience to oversee enterprise-level AI/ML and GenAI initiatives from inception through to deployment.
This position suits a professional who excels in global delivery settings, handles large-scale program management, and has the ability to implement AI solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
🎯 Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML & GenAI projects (from POC to production)
- Coordinate programs involving:
- Large Language Model (LLM) applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
- Data science and machine learning deployments
- AI-powered automation initiatives
- Lead program governance, KPI tracking, and excellence in delivery
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)
- Oversee global and distributed engineering and data teams
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery
🧠 Experience Required
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Program or Delivery Management
- Demonstrated success managing large enterprise-level programs
- Practical experience with AI/ML/GenAI projects (1 to 3+ years)
- Strong expertise in:
- Global delivery frameworks
- Stakeholder engagement
- Budget management and portfolio ownership
- Preferred background in data platforms or enterprise systems
⚙️ Preferred Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LangChain, LLM frameworks, and AI copilots
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of MLOps, data pipeline development, and AI system architecture
