We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative, organizational, and communication needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
  • Handle email correspondence, including drafting, sorting, and responding to routine inquiries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
  • Conduct research on assigned topics and summarize findings
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, or internal trackers
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when required
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking tasks
  • Manage file organization and document storage (cloud-based systems)
  • Support project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Handle data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership or team members as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (Asana, Trello, Calendly, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial tracking software (QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Prior remote work experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
