Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assume 24-hour responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit. Coordinate and control all nursing activities and assume administrative and managerial responsibilities on a 24 hr basis. Monitor patient care to ensure that delivery is consistent with hospital and nursing department policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state DOH, JCAHO, and other accrediting agency standards.

Requirements:

Master's degree required.

Minimum 5 yrs Medical/Surgical or clinical experience required. Previous supervisory responsibilities required.

NYS RN license required.

Night Shift

Salary Range: $60/hr - $70hr
