Responsibilities:
Locate prospective residents for a Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Short Term/Long Term Care Facility
Provide marketing information about Menorah Park Campus.
Contact potential residents
Provide initial information
Make appointments to visit campus
Conduct tours
Follow up calls to potential residents, care givers and/or family member
Requirements:
Strong Sales background
Knowledgeable about the Menorah Park Campus
Ability to network
Negotiation skills
Friendly and personable
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales goals
Able to use various sites to build relationships with local hospitals, health care providers, doctor’s offices, etc.
Track and analyze all efforts
Education:
Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred in Sales and/or Marketing
