About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join the Content and Storytelling team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and producing projects for the Marketing team, including comprehensive 360 campaigns that encompass video, static design, and digital components for both external and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360 content serving all marketing channels including digital and social, demand generation, events, public relations, and internal communications.
• Oversee the creative production lifecycle from brief to delivery of assets including videos, animations, and statics for web, email, OOH print, and sales enablement and fund launch kits.
• Work closely with Sales and Implementation teams to produce marketing collateral including one-sheets, white papers, brochures, presentations, demos, and webinars. 
• Partner with the product and audience group to customize marketing collateral to target wealth managers and GPs.
• Intake a variety of ad-hoc requests from the business and move quickly to put plans into action.
• Negotiate project estimates with agencies and freelancers to draft and review scopes of work.
• Onboard and train freelance consultants on iCapital’s financial and technology offerings and internal processes.
• Serve as a back-up tech support for studio productions, including media management and technical support.
• Develop and manage studio production schedules, call sheets, and crew bookings.
• Submit all content for legal and compliance review and act as the key touchpoint for all subsequent revisions.
• Identify and flag risks proactively that could jeopardize the project's goals and objectives.
• Ensure all content outputs align with iCapital’s tone of voice, brand, and style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, video production, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial marketing/B2B experience working in the fintech or financial services industry
• 7-10 years of experience in multimedia production or project management or a similar role within a production department
• Strong understanding of private market trends and asset classes including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, structured investments, and annuities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and multimedia production
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com and data asset management systems

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
