We are seeking a corporate associate with 3–4 years experience in a New York law firm. Candidates should have general corporate experience representing both public and private companies. Candidates should have general M&A and capital markets experience with both strategic and private equity clients. Excellent academic credentials, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
