About the RoleAs an Associate Account Executive on Rho's SMB team in New York, you will own full-cycle sales for our small business vertical, from initial outreach through close. This is not a setter role: you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline through high-volume dialing and digital outreach, then running the deal all the way to signed customer. SMB is a dedicated, growing vertical for Rho, and this role is built to scale with it.
You'll spend the majority of your time on the phone and in inbox, prospecting, qualifying, and closing small business deals. This is a self-starter role centered on digital outreach rather than in-person relationship or community building. Event and tradeshow participation is available, but only once you've established a track record of meeting performance targets.
