At CoverForce, we're redefining how insurance is bought and sold. Our mission is simple: to make business insurance faster, easier, and fully digital. Thousands of insurance agents and corporate customers rely on our platform to streamline quoting, comparing, and purchasing policies.
We partner with leading insurers like Travelers, Liberty Mutual, and Chubb to reduce underwriting and sales time by 60%, setting a new standard for efficiency in the industry.
Our solutions power the future of insurance distribution:
✅ Quote & Bind Platform – Used by Top 100 insurance distributors to generate quotes instantly and eliminate paperwork.
✅ Embedded Commercial Product – Enables platforms like Walmart, Gusto, and Uber to embed business insurance seamlessly into their customer journeys.
✅ Insurance’s API Layer – We’re building the Plaid of commercial insurance, providing frictionless access to policies through APIs and modern software.
As a Associate Account Executive at CoverForce, you will operate at the front line of a company that is becoming the distribution infrastructure for commercial insurance. This is a role for someone who wants to run toward impact, learn how to prospect into complex organizations, and build a career in enterprise sales. You will not be waiting for leads. You will be creating the earliest sparks that turn into multi year contracts with some of the most influential players in the insurance industry.
This job is split between 2 main responsibilities:
First, is outbound prospecting into our top ICPs across Brokerages, Wholesalers, Agency Networks, PEOs, and Insuretechs. You will research accounts, understand their structure, identify the right people, and craft targeted outreach that earns attention. Additionally you will handle inbound leads with speed, clarity, and accuracy. In both cases, you are the first impression of CoverForce and a critical part of our go to market engine.
Second, you'll work directly with the Head of Partnerships. The startup program brings early-stage startups onto our API. Here, you will own deals, not support them. Within your first quarter you'll be running your own conversations from first call to signed contract. Including qualifying applicants, running discovery, and closing.
The Startup Program is still early, so you'll have real influence over how it works — the intake flow, the process, the materials, and the partners we bring into the marketplace. This role is really two jobs in one: you'll own the day-to-day of the Startup Program while also working side by side with Account Executives selling into the largest intermediaries in the country. High volume matters here, and high quality matters even more. You'll become fluent in how commercial insurance distribution works and how technology is changing it, see what real enterprise selling looks like up close, and accelerate your path to becoming a full-cycle seller.
