The Role

As an Associate Account Manager, you are the integral support system for our Account Management team by owning the operational work that keeps strategic accounts running smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in building client-ready deliverables, organizing launch details, and delivering strong reporting & insights for our clients. This role will also partner closely with Ad Ops to deliver flawless, high-performing campaigns.

The Account Management team is a highly motivated group of individuals who play a crucial role in supporting our client’s business and growth by driving strong results and providing the best client services experience in the industry.

The Team

On the Account Management team we love video, technology, and keeping up with trends across YouTube and CTV. Each member of the Account Management Team contributes to making sure all of our customers are successful and each campaign exceeds customers expectations. We are smart, self-motivated, ambitious, and consistently strive to affect the outcome of our business, every day. We go above and beyond, using our intelligence, passion, and creativity to inspire, educate, and support our advertisers. And, we like to reward ourselves with fun along the way.

Who You Are

You’re a detail-driven, collaborative partner who loves understanding internal and external needs, and effectively delivering on those tasks and deliverables.  You are able to act independently to proactively support Account Management and Client needs and requests.  Your communication is precise, detailed, and thoughtful.  You are able to effectively manage your time as well as deadlines ensuring strong partnerships are developed both internally and externally.  You’re curious about video/CTV and measurement, comfortable with data, and you take pride in getting things right the first time. Most of all, you bring a service mindset and a bias for action—owning tasks end-to-end and raising your hand early when something looks off. Most of all, you are a fun, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

What You Bring to the Party

  • 1+ years experience in digital media/ad tech, ad operations, or a similar analytically oriented role (internships/co-ops welcome).
  • Working knowledge of YouTube/CTV fundamentals and campaign/performance metrics (reach, CPV, VCR, brand suitability).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, pivots, lookups) and proficiency with Slides/PowerPoint for client-ready decks.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Monday) and diligent documentation habits.
  • Proven quality bar: on-time delivery, low rework, and careful QA skills.
  • Clear written communication—concise status notes, clean action items, and easy-to-follow follow-ups.
  • A growth mindset and desire to progress to taking ownership of accounts and eventually moving into an Account Manager role; you welcome feedback, mentor moments, and structured skill-building.

The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 & will include a potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
