Associate Account Manager

Reports to: Account Director

Location: Remote, Ideally: NYC, Boston, Denver, SLC, Chicago, or Seattle

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Role Overview
Envision Horizons is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our Client Services team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce and digital marketing while supporting top brands on Amazon. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers with day-to-day operations, client communication, and project coordination.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items.
  • Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands via Slack and email.
  • Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams.
  • Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry.
  • Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines.
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure exceptional client service.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred:

  • Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience with Slack, project management tools, or creative briefing.
