The Associate Analyst evaluates business challenges through technology and system integration, configuring systems, conducting unit tests, and documenting solutions while building vendor relationships.
Job Summary
- Evaluates and addresses complex business challenges through technology, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Identifies gaps in processes and provides technical expertise to define business requirements for functional system specifications. Ensures scalability of new and existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-efficient manner.
- Configures system parameters and options; plans and conducts unit testing to align with business needs.
- Creates detailed documentation and designs for technological solutions.
- May advise users on technology-related matters or lead cross-functional teams to resolve business or system issues.
- May assist in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts, reports, code, and business logic.
- Builds and maintains relationships with technology vendors as necessary.
- Demonstrates professional competency with foundational knowledge and practical experience.
- Contributes effectively to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Operates within defined roles and actively participates in technical discussions at the task level.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
