- Research and write briefs and litigation memos
- Argue discovery motions and other pretrial matters

- Start by working alongside an experienced attorney, then move on to managing your own litigation docket
What we’re looking for
- A Texas law license, or sitting for the Texas Bar soon
- Litigation experience preferred, but newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Strong writing and legal analysis
- Self-motivation, a real interest in litigation, and a strong ethical commitment
- Willingness to travel often, almost entirely within Texas
- Interest in partnership track preferred
How pay works

You also earn 80 hours of paid time off for every 1,700 hours you bill, and up to 40 unused hours carry over each year.
Benefits
- Health insurance for you and your family at no cost
- 401(k) with employer match
- Paid time off
- Flexible schedule
- Bar dues and CLE paid
- Other benefits (e.g., dental and vision insurance), available on an elective fee basis
