Associate, Brand Content 

Who Are We?  

Carat Content was invented to help brands reach and deepen their connections with consumers in a world where the points of connection, engagement and transaction are converging around content.  With a specialty in combining the art of storytelling with media science and research, our goal is to deliver meaningful and relevant branded content solutions that deepen consumer identification and brand loyalty.  By sitting within the Dentsu Aegis Network and partnering with the Carat Media Strategy, Planning, Investment and Insights teams, Carat Content maximizes, and leverages brand spending and communications media led content with publishers or creators through the lens of a content-first strategy.  

Position Summary 

Carat Content is looking for an Associate to work on the Procter & Gamble (P&G) line of business; providing the key admin role in supporting the team. The Associate will gain exposure to  content related initiatives while managing key internal processes to assist the team in driving the vision and business forward. 

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.

They should embody:  

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Curiosity and interest in branded content 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Support team members with all admins focused tasks 

  • Supports NDA Compliance for content team​ 

  • Collaborates internally and with media partners to ensure key team initiatives and marketplace discovery are upkept in a timely, organized fashion 

  • Responsible for coordinating vendor meetings while ensuring partners receive timely responses and proper attention. 

  • Provides consistent internal updates and notes coming out of partner meetings. 

  • Responsible for partner review documentation​ 

  • Support team members with brainstorms and research 

  • Assists in curating Carat Content department deliverables for P&G team  

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being timeline and deadline oriented 

  • Ability to communicate information effectively and confidently in both verbal and written formats  

  • Shows entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity and is team-oriented 

  • Candidate must employ the highest levels of professionalism and articulation 

  •  Software/Program Proficiency:  Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, all understanding of social media platforms.

The annual salary for this position is $45,000. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
