Job Title: Associate Buyer, Men's Footwear North America
Primary Purpose: The Associate Buyer for Men's Footwear North America is responsible for managing product assortment, inventory and pricing strategies to achieve Coach's North America Men's Footwear sales plans. This is an opportunity to manage a growth category, as the brand is focused on footwear acceleration as a main growth pillar. This role oversees both the North America Outlet and Retail channels, providing opportunity to learn about both sides of the business. This person would manage pre-season product briefs and feedback, seasonal OTB and inventory planning, as well as in-season product launches, inventory delete and chase strategies. The Buying team is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is strategic and passionate about fashion.

  • Analyze sales performance, pricing and inventory levels to identify opportunities within the business, as well as identify external market trends for new category opportunities
  • Create product strategies that balance acquiring new customers while capitalizing on strong historical trends
  • Clearly communicate seasonal strategies with cross functional partners to influence allocation of product to stores, online merchandising, future product designs, and marketing
  • Manage a sized category, analyzing and planning sales and inventory at a sized level
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure there are synergies across total Lifestyle team
  • Idea generating, implements forward looking strategies
  • Detail oriented, can manage multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines
