Associate Creative Director, Events

Ready to be a Titan?

We are looking for a visionary Associate Creative Director of Events to lead the creative execution and branding for our global event portfolio. You are more than a designer; you are a storyteller who understands how to translate brand identity into immersive, physical environments.

From intimate executive roundtables to our massive annual user conference, Pantheon, you will ensure every touchpoint is cohesive, engaging, and unforgettable. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, managing everything from large-scale stage design to the smallest digital asset.

What you'll do:

• Event Creative Planning: Partner with the marketing and events teams to define the creative vision for all company activations. You’ll ensure brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of attendee experience.

• End-to-End Material Design: Design and oversee the production of all event-related assets, including environmental signage, digital backdrops, keynote presentations, and promotional swag.

• The "Pantheon" Lead: Take full ownership of the creative direction for our flagship user conference. You will manage the relationships, timelines, and cross-functional teams required to bring this tentpole event to life.

• Vendor & Production Management: Source and collaborate with external vendors (printers, fabricators, AV teams) to ensure all creative deliverables meet our high brand standards and are delivered on time.

• On-site Brand Stewardship: Travel to event sites to oversee the installation and application of branding, ensuring every element is executed according to plan.

• Post-Event Content: Collaborate on the creation of wrap-up content, including highlight reels, photo galleries, and summary presentations to showcase event ROI.

What you'll bring:

• 8–10 Years of Creative Leadership: Deep experience in an agency or in-house environment, with a heavy focus on experiential design and event management.

• Strategic Team Management: A proven track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams or successfully directing large-scale cross-functional squads.

• Event Expertise: A deep understanding of live-environment logistics, visual merchandising, and how brand systems translate to physical spaces.

• Executive Presence: Comfort presenting complex creative concepts to senior stakeholders and the ability to incorporate feedback into a cohesive vision.

• Technical Excellence: A powerhouse portfolio demonstrating successful event execution across various scales (from 50 to 5,000+ attendees).

• Operational Agility: The ability to lead with a high-level vision while remaining "hands-on" with the details. You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Innovative Mindset: A constant curiosity about new event technologies (AR/VR, interactive displays) and attendee engagement strategies.

Compensation Disclosure:

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $137,400 CAD - $206,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
