Job Description

The Associate, Digital & Channel Marketing will report to the Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing. This role is responsible for supporting and executing Antares’ digital and channel marketing capabilities, including how digital drives investor, advisor and sponsor engagement and capital formation outcomes. The position will support activating campaigns, scaling impact through digital channels, and improving how marketing connects to institutional and wealth audiences through data, tools, and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, website, and investor-facing platforms.
  • Support development and deployment of digital-first sales enablement materials aligned to distribution needs.
  • Work with teams across Antares (e.g. Wealth, Institutional, Originations, Responsible Investments, EIGs) to support execution and campaigns as needed.
  • Partner with Associate, Content & Digital and AVP, Integrated Marketing to manage and execute campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools, managing workflows and timelines.
  • Track and report feedback from key stakeholders (e.g. institutional and wealth distribution) on campaign performance, supporting ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support execution where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital and channel marketing.
  • Familiarity and experience supporting Institutional and Wealth distribution channels.
  • Understanding how marketing supports investor engagement and distribution outcomes.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and digital distribution platforms (Seismic experience a plus).
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools to support marketing execution
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Base Salary Range

$90,000 - $125,000
