About Us

We are pioneering the field of AI strategy and applied AI - partnering with the world’s most ambitious businesses to define how AI could create value for them, and then building the AI products that make that vision a reality. From developing the world’s first AI-native retail models to pioneering autonomous innovation capabilities for a global CPG company, our work is first-in-kind and only accelerating across intelligence, agentic systems, autonomous capabilities, and simulation.

About the role

As an Associate Director in our applied AI and technology practice, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering high impact, bespoke AI solutions for our enterprise clients. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through the design and implementation of advanced tools, agentic workflows, and AI-led decision systems, ensuring outcomes that are strategically sound, technically feasible, and commercially valuable.

You’ll be hands-on in client delivery, owning complex workstreams, supporting solution design, and guiding execution. You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their goals, co-create roadmaps, and ensure successful project outcomes. You’ll also help identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and co-lead on net new business development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven AI-focused strategist and product leader, who thrives at the intersection of technology and business impact and is looking to step into a role that blends delivery leadership with strategic influence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:

  • Strategic and Execution-Focused
You understand how to connect business needs to AI capabilities and are skilled at breaking down problems into manageable components. You enjoy building from ambiguity and are energized by turning concepts into tangible solutions.
  • Fluent in AI Concepts and Tools
You have experience contributing to AI-related projects or products and are confident collaborating with engineers and product teams. You don’t need to be highly technical, but you can navigate AI topics with conviction and ask the right questions to move things forward.
  • Client-Centric and Commercial

You build strong relationships with client stakeholders and are comfortable operating at the senior management level. You spot opportunities, shape scopes, and drive pitches and proposals with credibility and clarity.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience, in either consulting, agencies, or AI-focused environments working with enterprise clients
  • 2+ years working on applied AI programs for enterprises, ideally spanning multiple industries (e.g. CPG, F&B, healthcare, financial services)
  • Proven track record designing and delivering AI-powered tools, workflows, or decision systems, owning the product or solution vision rather than just supporting it.
  • Familiarity with the applied AI landscape, including core tools, trends, and common enterprise use cases
  • Prior experience working in industries like CPG, healthcare, financial services, or industrials is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary for this role, typically in the range of $150,000- $190,000, depending on experience.
