This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Shape HCP marketing strategy by leveraging first-party and third-party data to drive actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the sales team to secure renewals, drive business growth, and enhance client engagement by delivering data-driven insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and present ROI findings to clients, crafting insights-driven recommendations that build trust and demonstrate value
  • Translate complex data into bespoke narratives tailored to each client’s marketing objectives, ensuring insights are both actionable and impactful
  • Analyze behavioral patterns among medical professionals on Doximity’s platform to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies
  • Support broader team initiatives by contributing to new projects, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement

What a Successful Candidate MUST Have

  • Seven or more (7+) years of experience illustrating the traits outlined in our core values
  • Experience with HCP-focused digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brands
  • Strong knowledge of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role and presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Background in analytics within the life sciences industry
  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with program measurement approaches like Test vs. Control or Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Experience with AI-powered insights generation & reporting
  • Experience with Medical Affairs clients or programs
  • Agency, media, or vendor experience in healthcare technology

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $276,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
