Role Summary: The Associate Director of Digital Marketing Client Success will direct and oversee part of the Customer Success Team that acts as the primary point of contact between Eulerity and our mid-market clients. This individual will manage a group of highly engaged Brand Strategists who support a wide variety of commercial brands, with a strong emphasis on multi-location businesses and franchises.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Brand Strategists who own the digital strategy and growth of our mid-market client portfolio

  • Provide expert-level guidance on marketing fundamentals, translating paid media, social media management, reputation management, and local listings into actionable strategies for clients

  • Navigate the unique complexities of multi-location and franchise clients, ensuring localized success while maintaining global brand consistency

  • Act as the day-to-day leader, go-to resource, and point of escalation for the Customer Success team

  • Ensure proper client assignments, data-driven insights, and continuing optimal service quality

  • Oversee post-sales efforts to maintain and grow existing mid-market accounts while ensuring quality and cost-effective services

  • Understand complex client marketing objectives and KPIs to steward the successful use of the Eulerity platform

  • Interface with clients through all forms of communication channels

  • Develop processes and procedures to support key touchpoints with end users

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Expansion, Sales, and other departments to provide the best experience for our clients

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, with a proven track record of managing mid-market clients

  • 2+ years managing a team required

  • Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising, organic social media, online reputation management, and directory listings

  • Strong Plus: Direct experience working with multi-location clients, franchise models, or distributed networks

  • Must be able to commute to the office at least twice per week

  • Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

  • Very organized with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and creative skills

  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing landscape of digital marketing

  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving and consultative approach

  • High energy and a teamwork mentality is a must

  • Proficient with online tools such as Google Docs, HubSpot, etc.

Compensation: Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected total compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
