The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience working at a strategic communications advisory or in-house at a leading professional services firm or B2B company, with exceptional writing skills and a proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communications programs and compelling employee narratives for matrixed global organizations.

The position is hybrid, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office, based in our New York or Washington, DC office.

  • Help to create and implement new frameworks, processes, and tools that ensure message consistency, strategic alignment, and risk management across offices and teams, integrating feedback and spotting opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all hands meetings and other global internal events, from managing logistics to building presentations and preparing speakers to creating post-event recaps and content.
  • Collaborate with HR and Transformation teams to translate the firm’s brand narrative into compelling employee storylines, pilot employee engagement programs, and launch internal thought leadership platforms for global leaders.
  • Manage the global editorial calendar for internal communications and partner with regional leads to implement systemic coordination and a harmonized approach.

Intranet Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the intranet, including posting, updating, and curating a compelling content ecosystem of articles, videos, and multimedia resources.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across offices and teams to help source timely content and ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Help maintain content guidelines and quality standards, providing employees with the most valuable and actionable content.

  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement to optimize the platform.
  • Gather employee feedback and help drive enhancements to the intranet experience.
  • Assist with training and onboarding for new intranet users as needed.

Project Management

  • Lead or support project management for internal communications, employee engagement, and intranet initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Serve as a connector between offices and teams, facilitating collaboration and information sharing, and advising on communications implications of major decisions.
  • Champion best practices and provide operational support for content workflows and editorial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
