As an Associate Director, Inside Sales, you will provide dynamic leadership and strategic direction to multiple sales teams, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping sales strategies, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable growth across departments. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve their highest potential and exceed business targets.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple inside sales teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and sales metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools across teams.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing sales force.
• Resolve complex sales and customer issues.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to drive sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior leadership.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales teams.

Compensation:

$110,300.00 - $197,150.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
