The Role:

The Institutional Demand Generation & Growth Lead is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing and growth programs that drive pipeline creation, revenue expansion, and brand credibility among institutional financial audiences. This role blends strategic marketing leadership, data-driven demand generation, content and communications, and close partnership with sales, product, and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep experience marketing to institutional investors, asset managers, fintech platforms, and capital markets participants, and excels at translating complex solutions into compelling narratives that convert attention into measurable growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Own institutional demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from awareness through pipeline creation, conversion, and retention
  • Design and execute multichannel campaigns targeting buy-side and sell-side institutions, fintech partners, and enterprise financial clients
  • Drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth through a mix of content marketing, digital campaigns, events, account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, and outbound support
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously optimize programs based on data and ROI
Institutional Marketing & Positioning
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for institutional audiences
  • Translate complex financial, technical, and regulatory concepts into accessible, credible narratives
  • Build thought leadership programs that position executives and subject matter experts as trusted voices in the market
  • Oversee creation of institutional-grade content including whitepapers, research, case studies, presentations, web copy, and media materials
Go-To-Market & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities
  • Support sales enablement with messaging, collateral, and campaign support tailored to institutional buying cycles
  • Collaborate with external partners including agencies, media outlets, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders and, when applicable, external clients
Brand, Communications & Market Presence
  • Manage integrated communications efforts including digital marketing, PR, events, and industry sponsorships
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all institutional touchpoints
  • Support executive visibility through speaking opportunities, media engagement, and authored content
QualificationsRequired Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue-focused roles
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth for institutional financial services, fintech, capital markets, or B2B SaaS organizations
  • Strong understanding of institutional buyers, long sales cycles, and complex decision-making environments
  • Experience managing multichannel marketing programs tied to measurable business outcomes

We Offer: 

The Base Salary Range for this role is $125,000-$170,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
