Our people - at Ethic, quirkiness and excellence go hand-in-hand. We do our best to foster an environment where everyone feels truly comfortable to be themselves. No dull, faded work personas here. How do you empower your team to be more creative?

Creating an environment and space where people feel comfortable to make mistakes & explore ideas that don't follow normal patterns. It's about adding and removing constraints, adding people and processes so we can look at problems from different angles. Finally it's about celebrating the journey. Usually the process is more fun than the outcome.
