What You Will Get to Do:

• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily operational activities across designated departments, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including technology, client services, and product development, to resolve issues and drive initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, addressing inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Prepare and present operational reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
• Participate in the development and execution of strategic operational plans and objectives.
• Oversee training and development programs for operations staff to ensure a high level of expertise and service quality.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial services operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of financial services products, industry regulations, and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with SS&C products and platforms is a plus.
