Associate Director, Project Management
The Associate Director, Project Management provides leadership and/or oversight of the management and delivery of complex global clinical trials or portfolio of projects S/he is accountable for the delivery throughout the lifecycle of a project, including timeline, budget, financial and quality management.
The Associate Director, Project Management serves as a mentor and leader within the project management team. They interface with cross functional operational departments as well as finance, business development, corporate compliance, executive leadership, clients and external vendors.

What we offer:
The estimated hiring range for this role is $144-181k plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree in life/health sciences or related discipline, or equivalent required.
• 8 + years of Project Management experience leading global/complex clinical trials in a Clinical Research Organization/Pharmaceutical Company. 1- 5 years of line management experience. • Other professional and/or educational experience may contribute toward this minimum requirement, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Familiarity with International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other applicable regulatory rules and guidelines as well as medical terminology, clinical trials, and clinical research required.
• Executive level communication written, oral communication interpersonal skills, as well as strong planning and organizational ability are required
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.
• Action-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to lead high performing cross functional project teams, motivate others, delegate, including advanced stakeholder communication/ escalation problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external team members (vendors, clients, etc.) and drive activities to conclusion.
• Ability to mentor and delegate required.
