About the Team

The College Readiness Assessments (CRA) division is a team of mission-driven people who deliver the SAT Suite of Assessments (SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT10, and PSAT 8/9) to millions of students across the world each year to help open their paths to life after high school. The SAT Suite connects students to a wide range of post-high school opportunities, including scholarships, careers, colleges, and universities. • Implement and manage a system that captures purpose, cost, and outcomes for various expenses and investments within CRA in partnership with Finance and other divisions.

  • Track adoption, engagement, and renewals of the SAT Suite, ensuring data informs program refinement.

  • Build and maintain a shared CRA resource hub that integrates insights across K–12, State, and Weekend lines of business.

  • Standardize tagging, versioning, and onboarding protocols so staff can quickly access business-critical information.

  • Support various strategic initiatives as needed on behalf of division

  • Launch and maintain centralized tracking of all major CRA program initiatives (SAT Weekend and K–12) to provide CRA Leadership with real-time clarity on progress, blockers, and risks.

  • Establish a standardized intake and documentation process, ensuring biweekly status updates and timely escalation of risks.

Workshops & Contract Coordination and Deliverables (40%)

  • Coordinate key deliverables across internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Support the creation of standardized workshop kits (slide decks, facilitation guides, customer-customizable materials).

  • Implement a feedback loop (surveys, benchmarking reports) to ensure workshop quality and customer satisfaction

About You

  • 35+ years of experience in program operations, project coordination, grants management, or executive-level initiatives

  • Experience with project management, operations, and administrative work

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including experience working with budgets, reports, and project tracking tools

  • A customer service mindset including a strong desire to influence and motivate others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint), Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools

  • Familiarity with financial and contract systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • The ability to travel 4-8 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.

All roles at College Board require:

  • A passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-driven solutions and comfort with learning and applying new digital tools independently and proactively.

  • A drive for impact and excellence: solving complex problems, making data-informed decisions, prioritizing what matters most, and continuously improving through learning, user input, and external benchmarking.

  • A collaborative and empathetic approach: working across differences, fostering trust, and contributing to a culture of shared success
