About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative, and motivated Associate to join our Figure Markets team. This hands-on role will leverage your expertise to drive team productivity and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally across business units to develop strategies, manage partnerships, and advance Figure’s mission to build the future of financial services through blockchain technology.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with leaders across Exchange, YLDS, and Democratized Prime to support key initiatives and drive outcomes
• Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each product vertical
• Prepare client-facing and internal presentations to support business development and executive reporting
• Help grow Figure’s institutional partnership ecosystem, including:
• Attracting borrowers and product partners to the platform 
• Attracting lenders and investors to the platform
•  Assisting in market-maker relationships
• Build and leverage relationships in DeFi to enhance product design and yield opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic roadmaps for Exchange, YLDS, and Democratized Prime expansion, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals
• Identify and develop new product types that resonate with partners and investors
• Coordinate between Traditional Lending Partnerships, Capital Markets, Product, and Engineering teams to drive cross-sell opportunities and operational efficiency

What We Look For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, Web3, or capital markets
• Strong passion for leveraging technology to transform financial services
• Experience in both traditional finance and Web3 ecosystems
• Deep understanding of blockchain, tokenized assets, and stablecoin markets
• Familiarity with decentralized exchanges and wallet infrastructure
• Demonstrated success building partnerships, articulating value propositions, and managing opportunities from initial conversation through launch
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Advanced ability to use large language models (LLMs) to assist with daily tasks and enhance productivity
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly securities, trading platforms, and market dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across clients, sales, support, product, engineering, and senior leadership
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of solving complex problems independently in high-pressure environments
• A self-starter who thrives on taking projects from inception to completion and is willing to get into the details to find creative solutions
• Willingness to provide occasional off-hours support and handle escalations as needed

Salary

• Compensation Range: $96,000 - $120,000/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly 
• Equity RSU package
• This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
