The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Financial Integrator to join the team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to support the high-visibility KC-46 Tanker program.
A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

- Reviews Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
- Maintains and improves financial reporting tools and dashboards
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience
- Builds relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results
- Supports the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices
- Experience the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
