About You

We're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. At Constructor, we hire builders: people who take real ownership of their work, spot what needs fixing, and fix it without waiting to be asked. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire.

Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us. You'll also own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career (or coming from an SDR/BDR seat) who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter.

About Us

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.

Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.

Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.

About the Position

You'll support hiring for Constructor's GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You'll work closely with the Talent team and GTM leaders, learn the craft of recruiting hands-on, and take on more ownership as you grow.

What you'll do:

  • Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep the data clean, and call out anything that's stuck

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones

  • Give every candidate clear, timely communication and a great experience, even when volume is high

  • Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix, rather than waiting for someone else to catch it

  • Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research. We build AI products, and we use them too

  • Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and our own hiring data

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus

  • Comfortable doing a high volume of outreach and following up until you get a response

  • Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem

  • Strong written communication, from candidate emails to hiring manager updates

  • Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information

  • Low ego and high curiosity. You want to learn the craft of recruiting, not just follow a checklist

  • Able to work with candidates and hiring managers across time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

Benefits

🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year
