Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (IP&S) to support Airforce C-17 Programs in San Antonio, Texas.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support Domestic & International Military C-17 Aircraft Programs
  • Develop, coordinate, and integrate program plans/schedules
  • Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
  • Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop and establish lead time requirements
  • Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management
  • Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain an US Secret Security Clearance Post Hire

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience working on DoD programs

Summary Starting Pay Rate: $76,500 - $106,500
