Job Title: Wealth Portfolio Insights Analyst/Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

BlackRock’s Portfolio Insights for Wealth team translates the best of BlackRock’s market insights into portfolio implications for wealth advisors. We help advisors build better portfolios, delivering commercial teachings on the market and portfolio concepts important to advisors and the end investors that they serve.

We strive to drive commercial outcomes with actionable market views and portfolio insights designed for wealth. The Portfolio Insights for Wealth team partners closely with investment strategy, portfolio management, sales, and marketing teams across the business to drive differentiated insights at scale.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Portfolio Insights for Wealth team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in publishing timely market and portfolio content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in markets, with experience working with wealth advisors, and looking to grow into a Portfolio Strategist role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content publication process: Ensure timely and accurate publication of market outlook decks, implementation guides, and blog posts. This includes quality control, incorporating feedback, and working with web publishing teams.
  • Manage content: Ensure that all team content is readily available and up-to-date for sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Market and portfolio analysis: Pull and visualize market data for use in decks and blogs.
  • Gather feedback from U.S. wealth business to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive end investor content, translating market and portfolio insights into stories that advisors can share with their clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • An understanding of ETFs, mutual funds and other investment vehicles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with wealth advisors.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and portfolio construction.


 

For San Francisco, CA and New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
