The ANA is expanding its marketing team and currently hiring across a number of roles focused on marketing and campaign strategy, development and execution. The Associate Manager, Campaign Operations reports to the Senior Director, Campaign Development and serves as the operational backbone of this team, ensuring flawless campaign execution through expert project management, marketing technology management, and performance analytics.
This role coordinates campaign activities across channels, manages marketing platforms, tracks performance, and optimizes processes to drive efficiency and results. This is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy role for someone who thrives on organization, data, and making complex campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Project Management (35%)
- Coordinate campaign activities across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverable tracking
- Ensure seamless coordination between creative, stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead campaign status meetings and maintain project documentation
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in campaign delivery
- Manage campaign workflows from brief through execution and reporting
- Day-to-day management of marketing tech stack (CRM, ad platforms, analytics tools)
- Digital and social paid campaign activation support
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Ensure data quality and integration across platforms
- Collaborate with website team and IT on platform optimization and troubleshooting
- Stay current on platform updates and new features
- Build dashboards and reports tracking campaign KPIs and marketing metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Track progress of quantitative commitments (traffic, engagement, email performance)
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and document learnings
- Support in-house measurement capabilities
- Develop performance update reports
- Develop and document campaign workflows and standard operating procedures
- Create templates and toolkits for repeatable campaign executions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
- Maintain campaign asset library and file organization systems
- Support team adoption of new tools and processes
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Feathr, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Experience with digital advertising
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Project management experience coordinating complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Extreme Organization: Manages multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping balls
- Technical Aptitude: Quickly learns new platforms and troubleshoots issues
- Analytical Thinking: Translates data into insights and recommendations
- Process Orientation: Creates systems that improve efficiency and consistency

- Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms

- Experience with paid social and search advertising platforms
- Strong data analysis skills and dashboard creation (Excel, BI tools)
- Understanding of web analytics, tracking, and attribution
- Familiarity with project management tools
