Position Overview
The ANA is expanding its marketing team and currently hiring across a number of roles focused on marketing and campaign strategy, development and execution. The Marketing Analytics & Campaign Specialist reports to the Senior Director, Campaign Development and serves as the operational backbone of the team, supporting campaign execution, marketing technology, and performance analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational experience in campaign execution and analytics and is looking to deepen their skills in measurement, dashboards, and marketing operations. This is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy role for someone who thrives on organization, data, and making complex campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Platform Management (40%)
- Day-to-day management of marketing tech stack (CRM, ad platforms, analytics tools)
- Ensure data quality and integration across platforms
- Pull and synthesize data from Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and CRM systems to report on campaign performance tied to lead generation, membership growth and sponsorship.
- Build and launch campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic and CRM platforms, ensuring tracking, targeting, and naming conventions are implemented correctly.
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Collaborate with website team and IT on platform optimization and troubleshooting
- Stay current on platform updates, new features and technology
- Build dashboards and reports tracking campaign KPIs and marketing metrics
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes
- Track performance against key goals like traffic, engagement, and lead generation
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and document insights
- Help define and standardize KPI frameworks across campaigns, including business vs media metrics and performance benchmarks.
- Develop performance reports to deliver on company growth goals
- Develop and document campaign workflows and standard operating procedures
- Create templates and toolkits for repeatable campaign executions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
- Maintain campaign asset library and file organization systems
- Support team adoption of new tools and processes
- Coordinate campaign activities across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverable tracking
- Ensure seamless coordination between creative, stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead campaign status meetings and maintain project documentation
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in campaign delivery
- Manage campaign workflows from brief through execution and reporting
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Feathr, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Experience with digital advertising setup and implementation
- Hands on experience with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Project management experience coordinating complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Extreme Organization: Manages multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping balls
- Technical Aptitude: Quickly learns new platforms and troubleshoots issues
- Analytical Thinking: Translates data into insights and recommendations
- Process Orientation: Creates systems that improve efficiency and consistency

- Experience with paid social, programmatic and search advertising platforms
- Strong data analysis skills and dashboard creation (Excel, BI tools)
- Understanding of web analytics, tracking, and attribution
- Familiarity with project management tools
