JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Manager, Fox Nation Promotions and Events is responsible for supporting and executing strategic promotional campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and viewership across the organization's portfolio of content, brands, and platforms. This role is executive and talent interfacing, supports planning , creative development, scheduling, and performance analysis of internal promotional initiatives while partnering closely with Marketing, Programming, Creative Services, Digital, Production, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem solving, audience insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills to maximize promotional effectiveness and support business objectives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

Promotional Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal promotion strategies that support programming, content launches, special events, and corporate initiatives.

  • Identify promotional opportunities across linear, digital, streaming, social, and owned channels.

  • Build annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific promotional plans aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Ensure promotional messaging supports brand positioning and audience growth objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end management of internal promotional campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling promotional assets, including on-air spots, digital banners, trailers, and social content.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize promotional placements to maximize reach and engagement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a key liaison between Programming, Marketing, Creative Services, Production, Digital, Research, and Operations teams.

  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet strategic goals.

  • Manage communication and approvals throughout the campaign development process.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Recommend optimization strategies based on performance trends and audience behavior.

Operational/ Events Management

  • Maintain and proactive organize Fox Nation operational needs such as but not limited to, balancing resources, supporting executive needs, supporting talent needs, liaising between different Fox News Media department.

  • Travel to Fox Nation events and shows off site and support promotion efforts as well as overall event support.

  • Help maintain the Fox Nation calendars and support maintaining the Fox Nation internal budget.

  • Evaluate promotional opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

  • Support forecasting and planning processes related to promotional inventory and resources.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in promotions, marketing, media planning, content marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced new environment

  • Experience within television, streaming, entertainment, sports, news, or media organizations.

  • Knowledge of audience measurement tools, media analytics platforms, and promotional scheduling systems.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media promotion, and content distribution strategies.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex promotional workflows.

  • Familiarity with the different programming through the news day (Morning, Daytime, Primetime)

  • Has experience with executive and talent interface

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-87,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
