Primary Purpose: The Associate Manager will support the Retail Site Content Team in a range of responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of content strategies across Coach.com. They will play a critical role in shaping the content strategy on product detail pages (PDPs) and landing pages (LPs), optimizing content to drive conversion and engagement. Additionally, the Associate Manager will evolve our User Generated Content (UGC) strategy on site, managing vendor partnerships and optimizing the UGC experience across key products and pages.

  • Own PDP and LP creative strategy and assets
    • Manage below the fold content strategy across PDPs to support product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities, inclusive of family shots, product diagrams, marketing & SEO pages, etc.
    • Build cohesive framework for PDP content structure across site and by product category
    • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, buying and marketing teams to ensure content captures are aligned with product priorities and business strategies
    • Maintain in-season content calendars to ensure optimal placement and keep track of performance
    • Brief LPs with a balance of brand storytelling and commercial components
  • Identify and brief net-new content opportunities, including UGC and separate ad-hoc content shoots, as needed
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics for customers & PDP, LP and UGC content, making informed decisions to enhance effectiveness
  • Own community-centered initiatives
    • Maintain UGC streams
    • Own relationship with internal and external partners to seed products to influencers based on monthly priorities
    • Brief monthly associate videos, balancing newness and carryover needs
  • Contribute to test + learn agenda for new content
    • Drive testing and optimization plans by identifying opportunities with vendor partners and in-house testing team for PDP, LP & UGC initiatives
    • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and weekly performance reporting by sharing ideas inspired from the competitive landscape
    • Partner with testing team to brief upcoming initiatives

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • BA or BS Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Content or Marketing role
  • Strong product sensibility and experience with ecommerce content management & coordination
  • Proven experience working on PDP content/and or managing UGC programs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Must have strong Excel skills, Google Analytics experience a plus
