The Associate Producer will pitch stories, select/build elements and assist with the production of segments in a collaborative team environment. The Associate Producer will be offered the following shift: Monday - Friday from 12 PM - 9 PM, ET
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Pitch stories and elements
Assist with production of segments (selecting and editing elements such as sound, video clips, and graphics)
Conduct in-depth research
Produce content for Social Media
Additional responsibilities based on your unique talents/abilities
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of prior television (or similar) experience
Knowledge of news, politics, and current events; familiarity with popular influencers, commentators, and opinion makers
Ability to work collaboratively with others under intense deadline pressure
Ability to work independently
Willingness to listen, learn, and grow from constructive criticism

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-77,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
