Edelman is seeking an Associate Producer to work across our UGC offering called the Makerbench. You will report directly to our Social Executive Producer, who oversees DJE Studio and Originals, where the Makerbench program sits.

Makerbench is a social-first content offering that matches UGC creators to brands, supporting channel and campaign strategy. A true team player, you will work in close collaboration with your EP, the internal production studio, creatives, and be a support for the integrated production team on larger scale productions. These fundamentals combined with leadership skills, good humor, and strong self-starting abilities are the winning combination for a rising producer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project scopes, production timelines, staffing plans, and delivery schedules to ensure projects launch on time and meet client expectations.

  • Coordinate day-to-day communication between account teams, creatives, production partners, and creators throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Source and research creators and production partners that align with client objectives and campaign strategies.

  • Assist with creator onboarding, briefing, contracts, and administrative processes in partnership with Business Affairs and Finance teams.

  • Track content deliverables, feedback rounds, approvals, and final asset delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Coordinate production meetings, status updates, production notes, task lists, and post-project documentation.

  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and financial reconciliation for assigned projects.

  • Partner with senior producers to identify production solutions and help manage workflow across integrated teams.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with creators, freelance talent, vendors, and production partners.

  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, creator best practices, and emerging production techniques.

  • Research and recommend new creators, production partners, and workflow improvements that enhance team capabilities and production efficiencies.

  • Provide production support on larger integrated shoots and agency initiatives as needed.

  • Assist with organization of mailers and light product shipment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in content production, digital production, creator/influencer management, project management, or a related role within an agency, production company, or in-house creative team.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of social-first content production and platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social channels.

  • Familiarity with the end-to-end content production process, including pre-production, production, post-production, and digital asset delivery.

  • Experience coordinating creators, freelancers, or production vendors.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about the evolving creator economy and digital content landscape.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to develop calendars, status reports etc.

  • Comfortable supporting budget tracking, production documentation, and production operations.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to jump into new workstreams, solve problems, and continuously improve production processes.
