We’re hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at EMARKETER.
The Role and Team:
The Associate Product Marketing Manager supports the execution and scaling of EMARKETER’s go-to-market and messaging initiatives for clients and prospects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role focuses on how EMARKETER’s products, research, and subscriptions are positioned and communicated to external audiences and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Product, and Content teams to translate launches into clear, compelling messaging, materials, and programs that support both new business and account growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations.

- Self-motivated and curious: Takes initiative, proposes creative approaches, and is eager to learn new products, markets, and use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support go-to-market execution for product and subscription content launches through messaging development, research, and campaign alignment.
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and win or loss interviews and share insights with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to develop internal assets such as battle cards, training materials, call scripts, and positioning guides.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to source, develop, and amplify customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
- Support customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives that reinforce product value and adoption.
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to inform product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
- Analyze performance of product marketing assets and campaigns to identify what is working and recommend improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong program management skills with the ability to take initiatives from concept through execution.
- Experience coordinating, writing, and managing marketing campaigns, with exposure to product or customer marketing preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Sigma preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $80,000 to $95,000, dependent on skills, experience, and competencies
- Additional performance-based compensation available (details discussed during interview process)
