Company Description

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience.

Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.

The Role

Farther is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our Product Marketing team. Reporting directly to our Product Marketing Lead Manager, this person will be a powerhouse — responsible for supporting product launches, creating compelling content, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across the firm.

The ideal candidate is a “full-stack” marketer: someone who can write a punchy email, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support webinars, and translate complex product features into client-facing benefits that resonate.

Your Impact

  • Support product launches from planning through execution, helping bring Farther's platform capabilities to market with speed and clarity
  • Partner with product teams to understand new features and translate technical capabilities into compelling, client-facing messaging
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations that drive advisor engagement
  • Maintain and organize the product marketing collateral library, ensuring materials are current, polished, and easy to access
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, and paid) with cross-functional teams, keeping execution sharp and on-brand
  • Draft blog posts, newsletter content, and social copy aligned with the product roadmap
  • Support webinar planning and execution
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform positioning and messaging strategies
  • Research and develop audience-specific messaging for different advisor segments (wirehouses, RIAs, independent advisors)
  • Partner with compliance to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory requirements
  • Act as a connector across marketing, sales, and product teams to keep projects on track and internal momentum strong

The Ideal Match

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role (Product Marketing, Tech, or Wealth Management backgrounds are a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and copy instincts, with the ability to translate technical concepts into crisp, benefit-led messaging.
  • Comfortable working across CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) and collaborating in modern project management workflows.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven — able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls.

Bonus Points

  • Financial services, fintech, or wealth management background (wirehouses, RIAs, private markets)
  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience marketing to different audience segments with varying levels of sophistication
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services

Why Join Us

  • Competitive comp package that rewards impact
  • Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech
  • Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startup
  • Chart your own growth path as we expand
  • Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options
  • Unlimited PTO
