Own a courier-services operational process from a product perspective. Gather requirements from site teams, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, collaborate with developers in an agile environment, test and roll out features, track KPIs, and support site teams with SOPs and go-live assistance.
The summary above was generated by AI

At Rohlik, we own our end-to-end operations — from in-house technology and automated distribution centers to last-mile delivery. Delivering over 20,000 fresh and supermarket products same-day requires an operating model built on precision, cutting-edge automation, and data-driven decision-making.

As an Associate Product Owner in Last Mile (internal title: Process Manager), you’ll take ownership of a defined operational process in our courier services and be responsible for it from a product perspective: understanding how it works on the floor, deciding what to improve, writing clear requirements for developers, and making sure what ships actually works for the people using it. You’ll be supported by the Product Owner and Head of Product and grow your scope as you prove yourself.

What you’ll do
  • Own one operational process (courier systems) end to end from the product side

  • Depending on the project scope, you can spend time on the floor with site teams to understand pain points and gather requirements

  • Translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog prioritized

  • Work daily with developers in an agile team: define, refine, test, accept, and roll out

  • Track a small set of KPIs for your process and use data to decide what to fix next

  • Prepare simple SOPs and support site teams when new features go live

What we are looking for
  • 1–2 years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or a product/analyst role

  • Real interest in how software changes physical operations

  • Comfort with data: Excel is a must, and SQL or BI is a plus

  • Clear written communication, enough to write a requirement a developer can build from

  • Some exposure to working with tech teams or agile ways of working

  • English B2+, and Czech or German is a plus if relevant to the sites

  • Willingness to travel to sites (20%)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic Lean knowledge (one line, not five tools), Jira or similar, warehouse automation exposure.

What’s in it for you

  • Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary, no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly.

  • Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work.

  • Life, not just work - You’ll have real flexibility three days in the office, 2 days at the Home Office where it suits you. And unlimited paid vacation based on trust.

  • Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact.

  • Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live from day one.

  • Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria.

  • Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz.

  • Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card.

  • A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together.

  • If this sounds like you - You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done. Ready to bake something great with us?
