 The Role  

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Go-To-Market Business Development team in New York. In this role, you will support the team with the administrative and operational workload of onboarding new clients, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring smooth project execution across our client base and internal teams. You will serve as a point of contact for client intake, follow-ups, training coordination, and compliance tracking, helping the team stay organized and responsive as we scale. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support client onboarding by coordinating intake processes, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring clients are set up in internal systems 
  • Provide day-to-day support including status updates, progress tracking, and follow-up communications with clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Update and maintain the CRM with detailed notes on client interactions, follow-ups, intake status, and project milestones 
  • Assist with training management by organizing training schedules, materials, and tracking completion across the client base 
  • Monitor and update compliance dashboards, working closely with engineers and team members to track project status and flag issues 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to assess progress, gather feedback, and escalate concerns as needed 
  • Support project management workflows by maintaining trackers, preparing status reports, and coordinating across cross-functional teams 
  • Assist with general business development administrative tasks to reduce the operational burden on senior team members 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 
  • 1–2 years of experience in a business, finance, or project coordination role 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and cross-functional teams 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort working with project management and tracking tools 
  • Experience with or exposure to AI tools and platforms is a plus, but not required 
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes, compliance tracking, or training coordination is a plus 
  • Basic understanding of finance concepts and business operations is a plus 

Benefits

Position Location

This is an onsite position based in New York, NY. 

Compensation:

 The base pay for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
