The Retention and CRM Associate will play a key role in supporting Underdog’s customer retention campaigns. You’ll build and launch campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels that connect with our users in meaningful ways. Supporting the Retention and CRM team, you’ll use data-driven insights to make every message count. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role where you’ll see the impact of your work right away.
About the role- Execute customer communication campaigns across our email, push notification, and in-app message channels.
- Collaborate with the senior team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on actionable insights.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Regularly monitor CRM campaign execution, including during on-call hours as needed.
- Learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience in sports gaming retention.
- 1+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (preferably in gaming, ecommerce or tech).
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis and campaign reporting.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Comfortable writing copy and basic HTML.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn more about sports gaming retention strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Optimove.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, or similar.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $63,000 and $70,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
