Job Description:
EP is looking for a talented, highly motivated Associate to join the Strategic Advisory team and work with our partner firms to support their strategic plans, growth initiatives and human capital needs. This role will work closely with senior members of the Strategic Advisory team to deliver data-driven insights, develop research reports and educational materials for our partner firms, and build analytical models that will inform growth strategies and decision-making. The ideal candidate will understand the wealth management industry and importantly, will be able to transform research and data into insights and perspectives for our partner firms and teams within Emigrant Partners. In addition, this individual should have strong writing skills that can be applied when creating reports, presentations and communications for both internal and external use.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze partner firm and industry data to develop clear and concise reports and summaries that support highly customized partner firm project work. Must be able to blend quantitative and qualitative approaches as part of our consulting and engagement process and present data in an actionable, efficient style
• Contribute directly to project-based value creation initiatives that inform the direction of our partner firms’ growth strategies, organizational design, compensation plans and technology investments
• Develop and manage proprietary databases that examine partner firm financial performance, as well as key compensation metrics and best practices
• Directly support Managing Director and Director of the Strategic Advisory team on the development of thought leadership, educational modules and proprietary research that is distributed externally and to the EP Partner firm network
• Develop presentations, project plans and workbooks that support the execution of Strategic Advisory initiatives and projects. Liaise directly with partner firms to ensure projects maintain momentum and hit key milestones and deadlines
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience, with a background in consulting, private equity or investment banking
• Bachelor’s degree
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the wealth & asset management sector is helpful, but not required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including financial modeling, analytical, and research skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn
• Highly adaptable, disciplined and capable of working independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

• Actively contributes to a positive company culture and work environment of collaboration and shared success
Compensation Range:
• $200k - $250k all-in cash compensation split across base and bonus
